Dated development records
These entries describe their original dates and scopes, not current product qualification.
2026-10-23 · Building the foundation before the next product
Following the October reset, earlier Waymorrow prototypes and Alpha plans are archived. Current engineering is focused on Wayforge with Abriella, the development platform intended to support future Waymorrow work. The Living Interface remains the long-term product direction.
Why it matters: A clearer starting point lets us describe what is being worked on now without treating an earlier prototype, test or plan as a finished product.
Project direction reflects the October 8 starting-point decision and October 11 owner baseline. This update records the development focus, not a new Waymorrow application milestone.
- No public Waymorrow application, signup or hosted access
- No announced launch date
- Earlier Alpha records describe their original dates and scopes
- Progress on Wayforge does not establish Waymorrow readiness
2026-09-22 · The Alpha direction gets simpler around Abriella
Waymorrow’s current Alpha direction centers the visible experience on Home and Abriella. Separate user-facing AI Team/persona selection is deferred, while specialist capabilities may remain behind the conversation as governed implementation details.
Why it matters: One clear conversational relationship reduces the number of concepts a person has to manage while preserving human authority, evidence and permission boundaries.
Product-design direction recorded on September 22, 2026. The new visible shell was not represented as implemented, accepted or ready; this dated note does not establish current operation.
- Dated design direction, not proof of a completed interface
- Private development; public product accounts and hosted application access remain unavailable
- September 5 captures preserve an earlier interface
- No application release or readiness claim
2026-09-13 · Waymorrow.com adopts a new visual language
Horizon Glass became the public website design language, with a more cinematic, layered presentation. Website account and security foundation work remained closed from public use.
Why it matters: The website became a clearer expression of Waymorrow’s identity while product availability remained unchanged.
Website design publication completed September 13, 2026. This records a website update, not an application release.
- Website design update only; application availability did not change
- Public product accounts and sign-in remained unavailable
- Forum remained read-only; Workspace described the application-access boundary
2026-09-05 · A visual guide to the Waymorrow Alpha
The public website gained a six-surface Platform Guide with approved synthetic Alpha captures, a captioned walkthrough, a first-party Forum board, and a dormant Alpha interest status display.
The website guide was published September 5, 2026 and its metadata was rechecked September 7. This dated website record does not establish application availability.
- Synthetic demonstration state, not completed operational work
- No hosted application access or application release
- No Forum participation, interest collection, or published count
2026-09-05 · Current Alpha interface captures are available
Waymorrow interface captures and a 65-second captioned walkthrough show Home, Team, Abriella, Mission, Library, and Workspace using synthetic demonstration state.
Approved captures were recorded September 5, 2026. They preserve the interface and demonstration state from that date, not the current Living Interface.
- Capture evidence only; no product acceptance, release, or READY
- Idle, blocked, and not-evaluated states remain visible
- No successful consequential operation is demonstrated
2026-08-25 · Current Alpha surfaces converge around governed work
Home, Team, Mission, Library, Workspace, Settings, and Action Center now form the committed current interface shell.
The recorded Alpha interface was implemented within the scope described on August 25, 2026. This historical implementation record does not establish current reliability or product readiness.
- No public hosted product access
- Implementation progress does not grant Alpha READY
- Some capabilities retain separate configuration and review requirements
2026-08-11 · Provider and remote-Knowledge boundaries fail closed
The accepted Alpha boundary distinguishes unavailable provider configuration from supported local Knowledge behavior and records provider-call evidence.
Private Alpha evidence for the stated provider and Knowledge boundaries was accepted within its August 11, 2026 scope. Provider availability and public access remained separate.
- This does not make a remote provider available
- File import remains separately deferred
- No public hosted product access
2026-08-04 · The governed Alpha bootstrap is accepted
The private Alpha bootstrap and its core product shell were accepted with explicit runtime and evidence boundaries.
The private Alpha foundation was accepted within the scope recorded August 4, 2026. This dated acceptance does not establish current operation or public product availability.
- Local/private Alpha only
- No hosted product account or access
- Later capabilities retain their own status
2026-08-02 · CKS operational foundation reaches accepted state
The governed Knowledge foundation and its separation between approved Knowledge and contextual memory were accepted.
The local Knowledge foundation received human acceptance within its August 2, 2026 scope. Contextual memory, file import and remote capability retained separate limits.
- Semantic Memory is non-authoritative
- File import is not included
- Remote capability requires configuration
2026-08-01 · Objective lifecycle makes intent and approval explicit
Human goals can be captured as governed Objectives with visible lifecycle and approval state.
Goal and approval records were accepted within the scope recorded August 1, 2026. Approving a goal did not authorize execution or release.
- Objective approval does not authorize execution, integration, release, or deployment
2026-08-01 · Settings become a visible human control surface
Local settings, capability state, privacy-relevant choices, and stop points were brought into the accepted Alpha surface.
Local settings and human controls were accepted within the scope recorded August 1, 2026. An available setting did not supply an unavailable capability.
- A setting cannot supply an unavailable provider or device capability
- No public account controls
2026-08-01 · Wayfinder Brief and Active Workforce make context visible
Current focus, next action, risk, readiness, evidence, active roles, and bounded assignments became inspectable.
Context and bounded assignment records were accepted within the scope recorded August 1, 2026. Displayed roles and evidence did not grant authority or product readiness.
- Displayed readiness is not release authority
- Specialist capability depends on assignment, provider, and tool requirements
2026-07-31 · Native Knowledge is activated in the Alpha
Approved local Knowledge gained a native, attributable product surface.
Approved local Knowledge was activated within the July 31, 2026 record and later bounded by separate Knowledge acceptance. Human correction and withdrawal remained available.
- File import is excluded
- Approved Knowledge remains subject to human correction and withdrawal
