Waymorrow Community Governance

Terms of Use

These terms describe the conditions for using Waymorrow public experiences, verified accounts, community features, and future services provided by Wayfinder Systems.

Draft Status

Draft Policy — Not Production Effective

Terms of Use version 1.0.0 remains a pre-release draft. It is provided for transparency and testing only and is not currently effective or enforced in production.

Final publication requires CEO review, legal review as appropriate, a confirmed effective date, and activation through the governed policy-version system.

1. Agreement to These Terms

By creating a Waymorrow Account, accessing restricted services, or participating in the Waymorrow Community after these Terms become effective, you agree to follow these Terms of Use and all policies incorporated into them.

Public visitors may read publicly available material without creating an account. A verified account and acceptance of the current required policies may be required for participation.

2. Who May Use the Services

The services are intended for individuals who are legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. The services are not directed to children under 13, and children under 13 may not create a Waymorrow Account.

A person who has not reached the legal age of majority where they live may use the services only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Waymorrow Accounts

Some features require a verified Waymorrow Account. You are responsible for providing accurate registration information, protecting your authentication credentials, and maintaining control of your account.

You may not impersonate another person, misrepresent your affiliation, create an account for deceptive purposes, or allow another person to misuse your account.

Your verified email address remains private unless you independently choose to disclose it. Your public handle, display name, profile image, community role, account status, and public contributions may be visible to others.

4. Fellow Wayfinder Identity and Roles

Verified community members normally begin with the role of Fellow Wayfinder. Moderator and Administrator roles are assigned only through an authorized review and approval process.

No member may assign themselves an elevated role, misrepresent their authority, or attempt to bypass role and permission controls.

5. Community Participation

Community participation must follow the current Community Guidelines. Visitors may read public discussions, but posting, replying, reporting, or other interactive features may require a verified account and acceptance of all current required policies.

Private direct messaging is not included in the initial Community release.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the services to:

  • Break applicable law or facilitate unlawful activity.
  • Harass, threaten, exploit, deceive, or impersonate others.
  • Publish malicious code, spam, fraud, or deceptive promotions.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
  • Interfere with service availability, security, or governance.
  • Evade suspensions, moderation actions, or participation limits.
  • Use automated systems in a manner that creates unreasonable load.
  • Misrepresent AI-generated material as independently verified fact.

7. Member Content

You retain ownership of original content you submit. By submitting content to a public or community area, you grant Wayfinder Systems a non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, preserve, and improve the service.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content and that doing so does not unlawfully violate another person’s rights.

8. Moderation and Enforcement

Wayfinder Systems may review reports and may hide, restrict, remove, preserve, or restore content when reasonably necessary to enforce policies, protect people, preserve evidence, comply with law, or maintain service integrity.

Accounts may be warned, restricted, suspended, deactivated, or terminated based on the severity, frequency, and evidence associated with a violation.

Moderator and Administrator actions should be recorded through the authorized moderation and audit process.

9. Alpha and Experimental Services

Waymorrow alpha features may be incomplete, limited, changed, paused, or withdrawn during development. Alpha access does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent feature retention, or a particular future release date.

AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular decision. Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs and exercising human judgment before relying on them.

10. Paid Services and Subscriptions

Any paid service will disclose its price, billing interval, included access, material usage limits, renewal terms, cancellation process, and applicable refund terms before purchase.

Recurring access may continue until canceled according to the terms shown at checkout. Canceling stops future renewal charges but does not automatically create a refund for a period already purchased unless the applicable refund policy states otherwise or law requires it.

No subscription price or paid-alpha entitlement is activated by this unpublished draft.

11. Privacy

The collection and handling of personal information will be described in the current Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy must be reviewed and accepted when the governed policy system requires acceptance.

12. Wayfinder Systems Materials

The services, site design, software, documentation, names, branding, and original materials supplied by Wayfinder Systems are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not grant permission to copy, resell, falsely represent, or create misleading derivatives of Wayfinder Systems or Waymorrow materials.

13. Service Changes

Wayfinder Systems may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue portions of the services when reasonably necessary for development, maintenance, safety, legal compliance, governance, cost control, or organizational priorities.

14. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee that every feature will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, complete, or suitable for every purpose.

Waymorrow does not replace qualified legal, medical, financial, emergency, or other licensed professional advice.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Wayfinder Systems will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the services.

This section requires legal review before publication and will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

16. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the services at any time. Account deletion, deactivation, and data-retention procedures will be governed by the current Privacy Policy and applicable operational requirements.

Wayfinder Systems may restrict or terminate access when an account violates these Terms, creates material risk, or must be restricted to comply with law or protect the service.

17. Changes to These Terms

Material changes will be issued as a new policy version. When required, members must review and accept the new current version before continuing to use governed interactive features.

18. Contact

Questions, concerns, and policy feedback may be submitted through the Waymorrow feedback page.
